Practical information regarding WG meetings

Who can participate in a Working Group meeting?

All MC members, MC substitutes and NNC Observers of the Action can participate in the meetings of the Working Group(s) they are involved in. Also, all other Action participants can participate in the meetings of the Working Group(s) they are involved in. If you are not yet participating in the Action but would like to participate, then:

Check at http://www.cost.eu/COST_Actions/ca/CA15211?parties  to see whether your country participates in the Action. If this is the case, check the Working Groups of the Action and see which Working Group(s) are relevant to your work. Then contact the Working Group leader(s) of the WG(s) you would like to participate, and they will decide.

How to get reimbursed for your participation in a WG meeting

For questions regarding reimbursement rules, eligible and non-eligible expenses, please read  pages 25-29 of www.cost.eu/download/COSTVademecum or contact the Grant Holder Manager/Administrator (see at this page for contact details).
